This product is good for starters and it does it job amazingly well but the sturdiness is not present, the wheels doesn't move smoothly when you are moving backward.

Everything is nice but the fitting of the two discs is bit loose . And the mat is not a proper mat , it's like some cutted a piece of foam and packed it. But the roller is nice
