Customer service – is very good, they always call to confirm your order and location. I live in a remote location so they asked me the landmark which was hard to look in the map and took a bit of time, this shows that they have a hospitable attitude towards customer. Shipment – I was not present in the day of delivery so they asked me my prefrence and the product was delivered the next day at afternoon. Product quality – In terms of quality I’ll give it a 8/10 (it looks like the first copy of the og product) which is way better than the product you’ll find in other websites

I got one recently for my daughter who was insisting on a pink colored dial. The watch looks good, but due to the pattern on the dial, it is difficult to spot the minute hand at certain angles. The first day itself the strap pin came out, and after getting it fixed, it again came off. The strap does not look to be of good build quality.

Here’s a review for those who are buying for the first time from this website. My order method was COD and i didn’t made an account on this website as it was my first time for which I was not sure. Customer service – is very good, they always call to confirm your order and location. I live in a remote location so they asked me the landmark which was hard to look in the map and took a bit of time, this shows that they have a hospitable attitude towards customer. Shipment – I was not present in the day of delivery so they asked me my prefrence and the product was delivered the next day at afternoon. Product quality – In terms of quality I’ll give it a 8/10 (it looks like the first copy of the og product) which is way better than the product you’ll find in other websites
