Return Period: 3 Days from the date of delivery

Eligibility for Returns/Replacement: 

• The product is completely different from ordered
• The product is damaged

Please Note that no returns will be accepted if same product is delivered. Non Returnable in case of likes and dislikes.

You cannot return items just because you don't like them. You can return items if they are damaged or if you receive the wrong product. In these cases, we may ask for a product opening video without cuts and pause.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please login to KDB Deals -> Visit My Account and Click on Return Order. Fill the form from there to place return.

Refund Process: While place the return request you will be asked to choose the refund mode. You can choose from KDB Deals Wallet, Paytm, UPI or Bank Account. Select the refund mode and fill the correct details for refund.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Health and Beauty products
• Innerwear and Undergarments
• If the product is customized for you
• If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment
