I've been suffering with neck pain for a couple of years, I changed my pillow, I boutgh some essential oils, I was too desperate that I watch some you tube videos to learn exercises for the pain and relax my neck and shoulders. I check this product and ordered to try, I was very happy since the first time I used it, it's not very comfortable at the begining but once you stand up, you can feel the difference, a huge difference!! I'm using it every day after my workout, I lay down on my yoga and use it for at least 10 minutes, that's all you need to feel great the rest of the day and during the night. I've been using it for more than a month :)

First I’ll say that you have to use it as it says to. With your knees up and your arms where it says. Second I’ll say, give it 5 min before you say it’s not working because it takes that amount of time to get a good stretch. Then you’ll hear pops! And when you’re done using it, you’ll be able to pop your neck!! My family can’t stop taking turns using it!!!

I like how small and portable it is, I leave it under the seat of my wife's car and when she drives to work about 30 mins I lean back in the passenger seat and lay on it, it's comfortable enough to take a nap on, when the drive is over, my neck cracks a little and feels so relived, I had a herniated disc in my neck from a previous car wreck and this thing is the only thing that has helped with the pain

I suffer from a bulging disk in my neck and often find my neck and shoulders sore and stiff by the end of the day. This nearly always leads to a waking up with headaches. I purchased this with little hope of any real relief.

Seriously!! Trust me when I say this is a life changer. I suffer from cervicogenic headaches and when I found this product and let me tell you, it was definitely a game changer!!!! Significantly reduced headaches and pain altogether. The cover is removable, the quality is great, and it didn’t smell weird upon arrival. I use it for 10 minutes everyday. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Once you find the right spot it’s very nice. I use it at night before bed and I start falling asleep within a few minutes. I was having awful neck pain and headaches for a couple months before I got this. I’ve only had 2 days my neck has hurt and I’m not having the intense headaches

Impressive tool for relief, especially after a long day at the computer. Really liked the reflexology bumps that are great for pressure points and the attractive magnetic cover. No odor whatsoever. It has helped with my chronic headaches. Even took it to my chiropractor to show and tell - they were impressed too! Highly recommend.

I bought this product on the advice of a co worker and have been using it for several months, since I have recommended it to several family members and friends, I’ve gotten relief from nagging tingling in my right arm it’s almost completely gone a little gentle traction over time is working . I've had severe back and neck pain for about three or four years now. (Recently did an MRI, turns out I have a degenerating disc lol). But in that time I've done back and neck stretches, saw a chiropractor, exercises, taken strong prescription pain medication, muscle spasm medications, and nothing has worked. So when I used this neck stretcher, I was shocked that I actually noticed a positive difference. The first time I used it wasn't necessarily mind blowing, but I did feel a good stretch and it felt nice. But after about three or four days of use, there was a noticeable difference in the overall pain and strain I felt in my neck throughout the day. I've been using it for over a month now. Because it turns out that I have a medical condition, it obviously didn't solve the problem completely. But it absolutely helps me just get through the day with less pain and allowing me to move my neck around. I'm really grateful for this product for that.

I bought 2-for myself & my son. I visit a chiropractor so this relaxer has a lighter stretch than my posture pump at the office, from either side of the relaxer. But after a 10 minute stretch I can still feel lighter & relaxed whatever side I use. My son definitely felt the stretch & he does not go to a chiropractor. He has some TMJ so I'm hoping it gives him some relief. I haven't heard anything about that yet. This is a good choice if you want some neck relief & the price point is very affordable!

Love the stretch!! Never heard this device before but so glad I found it. Really helps get the kinks out of your neck. Can be used two ways—one side stretches the neck more than the other. Really helpful as this feature allows you to build up to using the other side for more intense stretching. Great investment for cervical/neck health especially if you work at a computer all day.

I liked knowing I was putting my neck in alignment. I did try sleeping on the neck stretcher for a couple of nights. I didn’t mind the firmness but I wanted to sleep on my side after a while. I think it would be best on something firm like a yoga mat for 20 minutes. I did feel relief from neck pain after using it. The fabric on the neck stretcher has a tight weave and easy to clean.

I’m loving this neck stretcher. I like that it comes with a cover, I got the hot pink and the color is great! But most importantly, I have tried to use this every night since I received it, and I’ve really noticed a difference. I didn’t realize just how tight my neck was until I started feeling the relief and am now better able to stretch it back better without pain. I would say to really give it a chance, and not get discouraged after the first or second use. It needs time to loosen things up and start providing comfort. The patience is well worth it!

It seems to work. It's hard to tell, because there's nothing dramatic about it. You lie on it, but there's no loud popping or cracking of your neck. After a while, you get up, and the tension seems to be gone.
