This is a great product for upper body workouts except biceps. If you love pushups, buy this with no doubt. It will pump your muscles more effectively than normal pushups. I started with it 2 days before and the triceps are so pumped up like never before.

The product is really good. By looking at few reviews I had doubts on the product but I took my chances and placed the order. It is really sturdy and very helpful. I used get wrist pain when I do push-ups on the floor. But this device is really helpful to have a firm grip while doing push-ups.
