I had purchased this resistance tubes for my wife to exercise at home during free time but looking at the quality, even I started doing resistance training for my back, chest, and biceps at home in the evenings after work. The best way to use this is to use the iron grills from the windows in your house or flat for resistance. There are many videos on youtube showing how to use this if you search for resistance tubes home exercise. You can definitely go for it without any worries.
