It's easy to use and just use it like a wash off pack. It's icy cool. Leaves the skin a bit tingling. After about ten minutes remove with a spatula and rinse with a face wash . I've used it twice and no complaints. Will review again in a month. If you're expecting one day results you're kidding yourselves .
