The quality is good. The amount of wind generated at level 2 is good for me.. level 1 speed is quite less I believe. And level 2 and level 3 have minimal difference, this fan is not loud. Quite functionality. Really good. Other options were costly so this fan from Gaiatop is really good at the price range. I personally would recommend it.
